@VerizonSupport @verizonfios i think it was a mistake to be under auto pay! At the worst times during the day, your outages are not of a company that charges what you charge for a service. Fix whatever the hell is happening in NYC 10306 and restore service!

I’m so beyond livid. I understand we got hit with a tropical storm and I’m lucky to even have power, but I’ve spent all day on this problem and @VerizonSupport can’t even make a blanket statement about an outage in the Northeast. I don’t know if I need a technician or to wait.

@VerizonSupport On hold over Phone for two hours to get Fios TV support. They r open until 7pm. Hopefully someone will pick up the Phone. Their service has drastically deteriorated. Looks that’s why their stock is stuck in 50’s for long time??

Bottom line, it’s important to have systems that facilitate timely information transfer. I was equally exciterrified at retiring the pager 5 years ago, but after just 1 month, never looked back

@JoeSilverman7 Upgraded from 11 PM to 12 PM before 13 dropped. 5G coverage on the 12 is great (Verizon service). It was worth the upgrade for me.
