Section 206 of the New York Limited Liability Company Law is so antiquated that Indiana Jones tried to rescue it and put it in a museum.

Then you have to file an Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Publication with the New York Division of Corporations. It’s a headache, and if you live in NYC, it’s an expensive one.
